Tejpal brings over three decades of hands-on experience driving innovation, scaling SaaS platforms, and modernizing enterprise tech stacks. As the Founder of STAD Enterprises and Co-founder of clicsoft.io, he has led digital transformation initiatives across Europe and Asia, delivering high-impact solutions in hospitality, real estate, finance, and eCommerce.

With certifications in AWS architecture, Kubernetes, IoT, and Scrum, he bridges deep technical knowledge with strategic advisory. His AI-first approach is grounded in responsible governance, DevOps excellence, and scalable product architecture.

Beyond the boardroom, FOUNDER is a passionate mentor and educator—frequently delivering guest lectures at leading institutions like IGNOU and Chandigarh University, and sharing insights through industry talk shows and webinars.

Milind brings over three decades of deep technical and leadership experience, blending enterprise-grade software delivery with modern AI capabilities. A B.Tech graduate from IIT Delhi, he has worked across media, consulting, and product companies, delivering value through robust engineering, quality processes, and intelligent automation.

In recent years, Milind has led the development of AI/ML-powered solutions across industries, helping businesses unlock insights, improve decision-making, and adopt next-gen technologies responsibly. His consulting focus spans enterprise AI adoption, software quality frameworks, and machine learning deployments.

He is known for his hands-on problem-solving, mentorship-driven leadership, and deep understanding of real-world tech transformation at scale.

MILIND MAHAJANI

With over two decades of experience across education, technology, and administration, Simi brings a unique blend of academic depth and operational excellence to the team. As Organizational Development Director, she drives company-wide initiatives in people strategy, internal operations, and culture transformation.

Her leadership ensures seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, client engagements, recruitment processes, and performance optimization. A former educator and operations head, she has led staff development programs, managed MIS and KPI frameworks, and contributed to strategic board-level decision-making.

Known for her empathy-driven leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to building empowered, high-performing teams, she plays a pivotal role in aligning internal excellence with external growth.
